As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are included, per book, and are added during checkout. For large orders, please email orders@imageandreality.co.uk for a quotation.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, properly packaged to protect your purchase. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping notification.

Orders should arrive in 2-3 working days in the UK, 5-10 working days for Europe, and 15-20 days for the rest of the world.

Sometimes things may happen that are beyond our control. If you have any questions about your order, email orders@imageandreality.co.uk and we’ll sort it out.

A note about EU orders:

From July 1st, 2024, all orders from EU countries are liable to VAT and duty fees. The current VAT rates for books vary by country, and shouldn’t exceed 10%, payable by you on receipt of your order.
